WHAT SETS US APART?

Dr. Ashley not only practices Western medicine, but she also practices integrative medicine. She prefers a more holistic approach to healthcare, and strives to prevent chronic disease. As she puts it, she prefers "health care over sick care" and is focused on helping you reach your optimal health through the use of supplements, dietary changes, exercise, and alternative medicine.

Her expertise includes bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), brain health and diagnosing cognitive dysfunction, allergies, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and anti-aging medicine.

Stem cell therapy has now been added as a part of her treatment regimen. She is the only physician in the Inland Northwest to use the most up-to-date technology for assessing memory complaints, with use of a quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG). Covered by most insurances and Medicare, this scan is able to help us in diagnosing memory problems, early dementia, PTSD, and traumatic brain injuries.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS THINK
"I have been going to Dr. Ashley for over a year. She was a flight surgeon in the Air Force and is very knowledgable. She doesn't just treat 'em and street 'em! She listens and works with patients for their benefit. This lady covers all aspects of health, herbs, supplements and pharmaceuticals. A forerunner in treatment of the whole person - she is awesome! She did not push to get me to buy anything I didn't want to."
"Dr. Ashley has been very focused on my health needs. She listens to my concerns and proposes ways to improve my health with a focus on healthy living as a first priority. That is why I went to her in the first place. My blood numbers have improved substantially, largely without unnecessary medications. I am very happy with the results!"
"I find Dr. Ashley's approach to medicine very inclusive and refreshing. Her focus is preventative, holistic, rather than "pushing meds." She does listen to concerns and does not try to take an, "I know everything don't question my care" that I have experienced with the majority of physicians I have seen over the years. We are using a combination of diet, exercise, chiropractic, supplements, and regular pharmacology as needed for our care."
"A few years ago, I went to Sacred Heart to have a procedure done on my heart. They were putting in a catheter through my wrist. During the procedure, I got an infection that I wasn't aware of (it was later caught by Dr. Ashley) and shortly after I left the hospital I noticed a red line coming from my wrist and traveling up my arm. It was causing me a lot of pain. I immediately got in my car and drove to Urgent Care where Dr. Ashley was working.

During my visit with Dr. Ashley, she told me that the red line and the pain were the result of an infection. Right then during the visit an artery burst and blood was spurting out of the incision site where the catheter had been inserted. Dr. Ashley acted quickly to stop the bleeding and immediately called an ambulance.

Dr. Ashley was very calm during this event, which kept me calm. She was kind, and kept control of the situation extremely well.

I wanted to post this because it seems like people are quick to post negative reviews when she is truly an amazing doctor.
Dr. Ashley saved my life. When I got to the ER, the doctor there told me that I could have bled out if it wasn't for her quick response to the situation. I especially appreciated that she took the time to call me a few days after the event to see how I was doing."
